Ariel Menche is a licensed CPA and finance expert with over 10+ years’ experience building FP&A models, with a focus on SaaS companies. He worked in strategy consulting for KPMG, FP&A for WWE and led Customer Success at Causal.

Ariel has helped dozens of companies ranging from billion-dollar global organizations to rapidly growing start-ups set up data collection systems and forecasting models. He has a passion for building financial models, especially in Causal, in order to streamline processes, leverage data, and gain operational efficiencies.

Ayelet is a results-driven operations and customer success professional with a strong passion for data analysis. Before joining Raftel, Ayelet founded and managed a successful lice clinic network and online store across three locations in Israel, which she later sold. Prior to that, she served as a team leader for the Asian market customer care team at Payoneer, a leading fintech company. In this role, Ayelet was responsible for setting up and optimizing operational processes for the Asian market, and managing a team of 38 people.

She then transitioned into the role of Operations Lead, where she collaborated closely with the CFO to develop and launch a new product called Working Capital. In this position, she analyzed customer data and developed product offerings to meet customer needs.

Ayelet holds a BA from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Reichman University.

Dina Zirkind is a results-driven professional with over a decade of experience in financial planning, company strategy, and operational efficiency. She specializes in delivering tailored solutions to help companies optimize productivity, streamline operations, and enhance profitability. Dina has held key roles at Macy’s, Walmart eCommerce, and most recently served as Vice President of Inventory Planning and Strategy at a luxury eyewear company. A University of Pennsylvania graduate, Dina brings a unique combination of analytical precision and creative problem-solving to every engagement.

As a Manager, Josh leverages out-of-the-box thinking and exceptional analytical skills to deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making. His expertise in FP&A and financial modeling enables him to tackle complex challenges and provide innovative solutions for clients. Coming from a background in Venture Capital, Josh combines deep analytical rigor with a forward-thinking approach. He also draws on experience as a former combat soldier in the Golani Brigade and remains an active combat soldier in the reserves. Josh holds a degree in business administration and economics from Reichman University.

Yosef is a creative problem solver with a professional past in financial planning, team management, blockchain, and venture capital. Prior to joining Raftel, Yosef founded a beverage service business in which he built up, scaled, and sold. Yosef has worked in business development in Israel's largest Venture Capital firm, Viola Ventures, helping scale portfolio companies and support growing teams. Having been a founder, while also having worked with many, Yosef has an all encompassing way of tackling client struggles. In his free time, Yosef enjoys spending time with family, learning Judaic texts, and staying active.

An Excel junkie by training, Alex also enjoys using tools like Causal, Row64 and Google sheets, to unlock powerful integrations, visualizations and other features that do a great job of telling a story with numbers and creating useful tools for operators. Alex Oppenheimer is the head of Verissimo Ventures fund and has invested in over 75 seed and pre-seed software technology companies.
