Ariel has helped dozens of companies ranging from billion-dollar global organizations to rapidly growing start-ups set up data collection systems and forecasting models. He has a passion for building financial models, especially in Causal, in order to streamline processes, leverage data, and gain operational efficiencies.

David brings over 25 years of executive financial leadership, and has led companies through successful IPOs and strategic acquisitions, including at Digital Impact, where he managed the IPO process, the acquisition of three companies, and the company’s sale to a strategic buyer.

 

Oppenheimer’s executive roles also include CFO for Mindjet and Hands-On Mobile, and senior financial leadership positions at Autodesk, AlliedSignal, and United Airlines.

Alex has been working in finance and with startups for about a decade. He genuinely enjoys building models for companies ranging from early stage SaaS companies to mid-stage marketplaces to late stage robotics companies and everything in between. An Excel junkie by training, Alex also enjoys using tools like Causal, Row64 and Google sheets, to unlock powerful integrations, visualizations and other features that do a great job of telling a story with numbers and creating useful tools for operators. Ayelet Menche

Director of Operations

Ayelet is a results-driven operations and customer success professional with a strong passion for data analysis. Before joining Raftel, Ayelet founded and managed a successful lice clinic network and online store across three locations in Israel, which she later sold. Prior to that, she served as a team leader for the Asian market customer care team at Payoneer, a leading fintech company. In this role, Ayelet was responsible for setting up and optimizing operational processes for the Asian market, and managing a team of 38 people.

 

She then transitioned into the role of Operations Lead, where she collaborated closely with the CFO to develop and launch a new product called Working Capital. In this position, she analyzed customer data and developed product offerings to meet customer needs.

Ayelet holds a BA from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Reichman University.
